The Manchester United legend, in his first managerial role, has told his players that he doesn't want them doing any demanding physical activity in their spare time. Bale is a huge fan of the game and recently buit a course in his back garden, modelled on the greatest holes in the world. Wales are currently in Nanning playing in the China Cup tournament and had a golf round scheduled for last Saturday afternoon. But Giggs put a stop to it as he believes it poses a serious risk of injury.
The new Wales boss has also reportedly told Bale to ditch his sports cars for the sake of his career. Giggs suffered with hamstring injuries earlier in his career and put his troubles down to sports cars.
